    How To Brew: Iced Tea Brewing Fundamentals

    Making iced tea is easy and endlessly adaptable: you can brew it light or strong, drink it unsweetened or sweetened. Once you’ve got the basics down, you can start getting creative - just follow the simple steps of our brewing guide below.

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    • 4 teaspoons tea
    • Water
    • Ice
    • Fresh fruit, to garnish
    • T's Teamaker
     

    HOW TO:

    1. Fill your Teamaker with water at the correct temperature.
    2. Add 4 teaspoons of tea to the Teamaker and infuse for the recommended time.
    3. Like your tea sweet? Add German Rock Sugar to taste.
    4. Fill 2 heatproof glasses with ice and place the Teamaker on top of each glass to dispense the tea. But save your leaves! Most teas can be steeped more than once.
    5. Garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy!

    Garnishing

    We love to decorate our iced teas with plenty of fresh fruit; everything from lemon and orange to a handful of blueberries or mango slivers. Some fruity brews sing with a sprig of fresh mint, while others will rattle your tastebuds with a cinnamon quill or two.

    Strength

    If you like your iced tea super strong, just add a few extra teaspoons of tea.
